This 12-month discipleship program is designed for young adults (from those graduating high school in the year they apply to age 27) who are ready to go deeper in their walk with God and grow in their calling.
It’s not a college it’s a community. Together, we’ll spend intentional time learning, serving, and being stretched as we develop as leaders who reflect Christ in every area of life. Through hands-on ministry experience, mentorship, and spiritual growth, you’ll be equipped to lead with humility, serve with purpose, and live out your God-given calling.
This is your year to be trained to teach, sent to serve, and rooted in relationship with Jesus.

God is faithful to call, gift, and gather everything we need to build strong churches for the glory of His name. Our job is to discover, develop, and deploy them.
